Concord – Full Time Nanny/Household Manager (40 hours/week) – Early January Start

A busy family in Concord is searching for an experienced, loving nanny/household manager to begin by early January. You’ll work with a creative, social 8 year old and a confident, silly 6 year old. Both children attend full day school and will require pick up in the afternoons.

The schedule for this position is M/Th 12:30pm-5:30pm and Tu/W/F 7:30am-5:30pm. Openness to work up to 45 hours/week on occasion, with notice is desired. Responsibilities include providing thoughtful, attentive care for the girls, planning activities, going on exciting outings, school pick up or meeting at the bus, transportation to/from extracurricular activities, children’s meal preparation, children’s laundry, keeping track of household item stock, accepting grocery deliveries, running errands, taking the car to get serviced, packing lunches, preparing sports equipment for practices, household organizational tasks, and assisting wherever is needed.

Those who are naturally inclined to spend lots of time outdoors with the children and possess a high energy level are highly encouraged to apply! The family is excited to meet candidates who focus on enrichment for the girls and have the poise of a strong role model. Comfort with supporting social/emotional growth by spending time with neighborhood friends and interacting with the family’s adorable dog and evasive cat is key. A history of working successfully as a household manager with a proactive approach during the day and a track record of reliability are important.
