Boston/Cape Cod/South Coast – Full Time Private Driver – July Start (flexible)

Additional Information:

An experienced personal driver is needed for a Back Bay-based real estate executive beginning in July. The start date is flexible and the client is focused on finding the right match. This position includes a generous, competitive PTO package with at least 4 weeks of client chosen paid vacation, as well as paid sick days, some standard holidays, and a negotiable monthly healthcare reimbursement.

The base schedule for this position offers a guarantee of 35 hours/week, typically spread over 5 days with specific shifts determined approximately one week in advance. The ability to provide weekend, evening, and early morning shifts as needed is required. Willingness to work up to 50 hours/week on occasion is desired. The ability to provide extra support, sometimes with short notice, is key! Transportation between client residences in Boston, on Cape Cod, and along the South Coast is typical. A luxury sedan is provided for the role and private parking is available for the candidate’s personal vehicle. Other responsibilities include overseeing car maintenance (making service appointments, maintaining current inspection status, etc.), ensuring the vehicle is clean and fueled, and running occasional personal errands.

This role requires a high level of mindfulness surrounding confidentiality and is best suited for someone who is professional, open-minded, always punctual, and reliable. Strong driving skills and experience providing transportation in urban environments are absolute musts. Prior experience as a professional driver is necessary. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster.
