Boston (Seaport)/Metrowest – Full Time Infant Nanny (40 hours/week) – April/May Start

A dual career family currently located in Boston’s Seaport is searching for a full time nanny to begin in April/May! Care is for their 8 month old baby. Though they are currently located in the Seaport, they are hoping to move to the Wellesley/Needham area in June, so the ability and willingness to commute to both locations is a must.

The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. Duties include all aspects of infant care, planning developmentally appropriate activities and outings, maintaining a healthy eat/play/sleep schedule, baby laundry, bottle preparation and sterilization, preparing and feeding solids, keeping play spaces and the nursery neat and organized, and general tidying.

Prior professional infant experience is required. Ideal candidates are playful, loving, and engaging, while knowing how to guide new parents through the different ages, stages, and milestones. Comfort with a large dog in the home is a must. Both parents work from home in closed office spaces on a regular basis. This family employs a no screen/phone policy in their home.
