Barrington, RI – Full Time Housekeeper (40 hours/week) – June Start

A Barrington, RI family is looking for a professional, diligent full time housekeeper to begin with them in June! Their home is a 13000 sq ft new build with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plus a guest house. There are 5 people (2 adults, 3 children) plus 2 dogs and a cat that occupy the space.

The schedule for this position is M-F 8am-4pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. This is a standard housekeeping role that includes household laundry, changing bed linens, ironing, vacuuming/sweeping the home, managing trash and recycling, and deep cleaning of the home and guest house. Other duties include preparing rooms and the guest home for guests as needed, organizational projects, keeping track of and stocking groceries and other household items, and ensuring the home stays in immaculate condition at all times.

Comfort with pets is a must. The family is excited to meet housekeepers who genuinely enjoy providing household support to a busy family and are proactive and detail-oriented! Knowledge of maintaining high end furniture and finishes is important, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective systems in the home. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine and booster (when applicable).
