A Back Bay family is searching for a kind, experienced part time nanny to begin in January! Their ideal start date is January 2nd. Care is for 2 children, ages 7 and 5, and a core aspect of this role is driving.
The schedule for this position is M-Th 1pm-7pm and F 12pm-6pm for a guarantee of 30 hours/week. Full days on no school days are strongly preferred (8am start). Responsibilities include school/camp pick up, going through the afternoon and evening routines, driving to activities, overseeing play, homework, and bath time, children’s laundry, meal preparation, serving dinner, after dinner clean-up, and general tidying.
Candidates with a happy, upbeat demeanor who are reliable, organized, and proactive are exactly who the family is most excited to meet! Focus should be on helping the family unit run smoothly and keeping everything organized and in order. Comfort working alongside other household staff in the home is a must.
