Arlington/Wayland – Full Time Nanny (40 hours/week) – October/November Start

A busy family currently located in Arlington (moving to Wayland in November) is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing full time nanny to care for their children beginning in October or November! They have a happy, fun 2 year old and a newborn expected in early 2024. They’re excited to meet nannies who have prior experience with infants and toddlers and are savvy when it comes to child development!

The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-5pm for a guarantee of 40 hours/week. This position is child-centric and includes thoughtful care of both children each day, planning lots of fun developmentally appropriate activities, spending time reading together, encouraging milestones, and fitting in lots of outdoor time as the weather allows. Other duties include bottle preparation and sterilization, children’s laundry, simple children’s meal preparation, keeping the children’s rooms organized and tidy, and general tidying throughout the day.

Seasoned nannies who are open to offering tips, suggestions, and ideas to set both parents up for success are surely encouraged to apply! Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a bonus. Both parents presently work from home. The ability and willingness to commute to both Arlington before the family moves and Wayland after they move is a must! Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID vaccine.
