	At Boston Nanny Centre, Inc., we look for nannies who… Have experience with children, such as previous experience as a nanny, working at a day care, camp or preschool setting, extensive babysitting, etc. Can provide six references (three child care) from people who know you well Are able to legally work in the United States Have at least a High School Diploma Are at least twenty one (21) years old Do not smoke, regularly or socially Clearly demonstrate a natural ability to work with people and be able to provide a safe and stable environment for the children in their care Have the ability to provide a creative environment, which fosters trust, self-esteem, independence and learning Our client/families rely on our nannies to be a constant, positive influence in their children's lives. We want our nannies to be happy and feel comfortable with their family/employers.
