We offer a one year guarantee from the date your nanny starts, for one replacement nanny. Second Month If the nanny leaves in the second month of employment, we will work with the family to find one replacement nanny at no additional fee. Third Through Eleventh Month During this period of time we will also work with you to find one replacement nanny with no additional fee paid until the conclusion of your initial year's contract. At that time there is a prorated fee for the balance of your replacement nanny's year. The prorated fee will be calculated as of the date your original nanny leaves your employ. See the Family/Agency contract for this prorated fee. Please be aware that our one year replacement guarantee is contingent upon the fee being received by us no later than 30 days from your nanny's starting date of employment. We will make every possible
effort to find you a replacement; however, if we are unable to find
a candidate for you and you hire someone who is not through the
Boston Nanny Centre, we would honor our commitment when next you
are in need of a nanny.
At no time is there a refund of the placement fee. |
