Families > Employer/ Employee Agreement When you have hired a nanny through the Boston Nanny Centre we will send you an Employer/Employee Agreement form. The agreement will specify the conditions of employment, responsibilities inherent in the job, and salary. This should be signed by both you and the nanny. The Boston Nanny Centre will be available to offer assistance as well throughout this process. A copy of the agreement should be sent to the Boston Nanny Centre.
