At Boston Nanny Centre, Inc., we look for nannies who are warm, competent and emotionally mature. Our nannies love children and enjoy family life. They must clearly demonstrate a natural ability to work with people and be able to provide a safe and stable environment for the children in their care.

Candidates must be at least twenty one (21) years old and it is of utmost importance that the applicant's character clearly reflects an authentic commitment to the well being of children. Applicants should recognize the individuality of children and have the ability to provide a creative environment which fosters trust, self-esteem, independence and learning. Applicants should have a clear understanding of what the position of nanny entails and the motivation and flexibility to succeed on the job. We ask that all our nannies make a one year commitment to a job.

Our client/families rely on our nannies to be a constant, positive influence in their children's lives. We want our nannies to be happy and feel comfortable with their family/employers. All of our families are pre-screened so that we can match our nannies with families who meet their needs and expectations.
